Pressed For Time and Prayer

I'm so pressed for time right now that all I have to offer you is this photo!  To be honest this is the closest thing you might get to a self-portrait today.  This big guy's expression matches mine pretty well at the moment.

Why do I have that deer in the headlights look cow in the viewfinder look?  Why am I pressed for time and prayer?  Mom was taken to the emergency room on Wednesday evening.  She has suffered a mild stroke.  She is still in ICU and her blood pressure is still out of control.  I would appreciate your prayers as we navigate the complexities of  handling this situation with the added difficulties of having a father who has Alzheimer's.

Thanks guys!

Don't forget I am having the drawing tomorrow for my giveaway!  If you want to be included, please sign up as a follower and leave a comment to let me know.  There is a link under my header where you can go for more information!

  10. Stephani, I am soooooo sorry and will be praying for you in a special way. This time in our lives is so difficult and it's impossible to even imagine without HIM by our side. My Dad is steadily declining and I feel like we will be heading back to LSU in Shreveport on Monday. Something is just not right and he, as well as us, are so very concerned. May you feel His presence as you walk this journey. Hugs!

  11. Followed you here from Through a Photographer's Eyes...so very sorry to hear about your Mom. My Mom passed away last November from a stroke, she was 91 and had lead a good life. And, my husband has Alzheimers, we just placed him in a Memory Care Facility a week ago. So I definitely know what you are going thru. Prayers for you and your family.
