At the Watering Hole

Everyone seems so anxious to usher in spring as they get excited about the first blossoms appearing. And I'm sure these longhorns are thrilled with the thaw of their favorite watering hole.  I on the other hand am mourning the end of winter.  Yes, I'm weird, but there is a peace and tranquility about winter that I love.  I hate to see it go.

  1. Come visit me in Wisconsin...we have plenty of winter left! (-:
Seriously, I too feel sad sometimes about the passing of the seasons, and time in general. You are far from weird...it's refreshing to find someone that likes winter and the quiet of winter IS beautiful! Love the photo.

  2. It does look extremely peaceful, silent, and calm. All good things.
I'm heading to Texas in a couple weeks. I'm hoping to be able to show you some pictures of Texas longhorns!!
