Never Alone

. . . I will never leave you nor forsake you. ~ Joshua 1:5b

Do you ever feel alone - abandoned by God?
Do you feel like you are far from home and can't find your way back?

My father used to always say, "God is not in the forsaking business! If there is any forsaking going on, we need to look at ourselves."

Have you wandered off?
Were you looking in the wrong direction and suddenly realized you weren't where you wanted to be?

All it takes is a whisper of his name and a humble heart. There is power in the name of Jesus. If you call on him, you'll see him and find that he was right there all along.

  11. this was great. There is so much power in His name. I tell my kids....if you're ever afraid...just whisper His name. It will give you courage and amazingly it really does.

  13. Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for your incredibly kind comment on my blog. I couldn't help but notice your shot of the longhorns below. We used to have some that lived near us. I don't know what happened to them, but our boys thought they were the coolest things ever!
